Exchange & Return Policy

Customers are able to return items within 30 days from your orders shipping date. A credit will be applied to the original form of payment. 

To make a return, please email [email protected] or through the website with your name, order number, the item/s requested to be returned/exchanged and the reason for the return.  You will then be emailed a return slip along with a shipping label.  Return/ecxhange requests must be received within 30 days of the package shipping date. 

Once we have received your package, you will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when the order was placed. Your credit and/or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days. Returns must be received in new, unworn and unwashed condition. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will be denied. Passport To Peru is not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return.
